Hi, I'm Sara. I'm an Italian mum of 3 boys, living in London (UK). In 2016, with a broken leg and very close to burnout due to stress, I left my career of 11 years as a Business Analyst and started my own business. Mind your Mamma was born as a passion project - I wanted to write, and I wanted to share my journey of changing my career and lifestyle, becoming more present, and starting to overcome the stress and overwhelm that had made the previous few years so tricky for me.
